Ukrainian unmanned aerial vehicles have targeted the Russian oil processing plant in the city of Ufa, located approximately 1,400 kilometers from the Ukrainian border, causing blasts and a fire, per a insider in Ukraine's Security Service.

Power had been restored to more than 800,000 citizens by the weekend and the largest private energy company stated the primary operations to repair the grid was finished though some outages remained.
